Tell us the rooms, what fails on a normal day, and what has to keep working. A kitchen, a bath, paint, floors, trim, windows, or a deck are all welcome in the same note.
What to include

Before you write
Will someone see what I type in the form?
The form checks that your name, email, project, and note are complete, then shows a confirmation in the browser. It does not upload the note to a server. If you want Maya or the team to read the details, email hello@getbettasoon.com as well.
Do you publish a phone number or a street address?
No. We correspond by email and schedule visits in writing. Please do not send identity documents or payment card numbers to the inbox.
How fast is a reply?
During Mon – Sat, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, we aim to answer project emails within one business day. Notes that arrive outside those hours are read on the next open day.
